We stand behind our materials and craftsmanship. Every LayerMax product is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and component failures.

Warranty Coverage

Defects & Components: 12 months warranty covering manufacturing defects, faulty assembly, and faulty and/or missing components.
Exchange, Repair, or Refund: During the warranty period we undertake to exchange, repair, or refund the product after review, verification, and confirmation of the defect by our QC team.
Extension Limit: The length of the warranty for a repaired or replaced product is equal to the remaining length of the original product's warranty.

Natural Characteristics

Solid Wood Variations: Furniture made of solid wood or natural materials has distinct natural differences and occasional minor blemishes.
Not Treated as Defects: Inherent markings, texture variations, and minor blemishes are normal characteristics and not treated as defects under warranty.
Standard Exclusions: Damage from improper usage, chemical cleanups, accidental drops, cuts, and standard wear are excluded.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you encounter structural framework concerns, please collect your details and contact our support team. We will send a service coordinator to your home for inspection and process a replacement or repair at our cost.
